Your personal data belongs to you. BCGames collects what it needs to run your account safely and nothing more. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: 1 January 2025 | Applies to all BCGames accounts and users of bcgames.world
Plain-language summary: BCGames only collects data it genuinely needs to run your account. It does not sell your data to advertisers. It does not share it with third parties beyond what is required for payments and legal compliance. You can ask BCGames what data it holds on you, and you can request corrections or deletions at any time.
BCGames ("BCGames", "we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at bcgames.world. BCGames is the data controller responsible for the personal data of its registered players and visitors to the BCGames website. As the data controller, BCGames determines the purposes for which personal data is processed and the means by which it is processed.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data BCGames processes in connection with:
This policy should be read alongside the BCGames Terms and Conditions and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of your agreement with BCGames.
If you have questions about this policy or your personal data, you can reach BCGames at any time via support@bcgames.world or through the live chat feature on the platform.

BCGames does not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, health information, religious beliefs or political opinions. BCGames does not collect data from social media profiles or any source other than your direct interaction with the BCGames platform unless you have explicitly provided a referral source identifier.
BCGames collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes directly related to operating a safe and functional gaming platform for Pakistani players. BCGames does not collect data speculatively or for purposes unrelated to your account and the services you use.
The primary purposes for which BCGames collects data are:
BCGames processes personal data on the following legal grounds depending on the purpose:
You can ask BCGames which legal basis applies to any specific data processing activity by contacting support@bcgames.world. BCGames will respond with a clear explanation within 5 business days.
Beyond the collection purposes described above, here is how personal data moves through BCGames' operations in practice.
Registration data is used to create and identify your account. Your name and date of birth are verified against KYC documents to confirm you are who you say you are. Your mobile number is used for account security notifications. BCGames does not use registration data for profiling, advertising targeting or cross-platform tracking.
Financial data is processed strictly for payment purposes. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash account number is used to route your withdrawal to your account. BCGames stores the minimum necessary financial identifiers to complete transactions and does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs. Full payment credentials pass through the payment provider's own secure systems.
Game and betting history is used to display your account history, calculate your account balance, resolve any game disputes, and — where relevant — to assess responsible gaming patterns. BCGames does not sell your game history to any third party.
Technical and usage data is used for platform security (detecting unusual login locations or device changes), for diagnosing technical issues, and in aggregate form for platform analytics. This data is not linked to advertising profiles.
Support communications are retained to allow BCGames to reference previous conversations when resolving ongoing issues, to train and quality-assure the support team, and to maintain a record in case of formal disputes. Support conversations are accessible only to authorised BCGames staff.
BCGames uses data to run its platform — not to build advertising profiles or sell insights to data brokers. If BCGames ever changes this position, this policy will be updated and active players will be notified directly before any such change takes effect.
BCGames does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their own commercial purposes. Data sharing is limited to what is operationally necessary or legally required:
BCGames does not share your data with advertising networks, social media platforms, marketing agencies or data brokers. Your gaming activity on BCGames is not shared with any entity for commercial marketing purposes.
BCGames uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, maintain session state and gather anonymised usage analytics. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit bcgames.world.
BCGames uses the following categories of cookies:
BCGames does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or cookies placed by social media platforms. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will affect platform functionality.
BCGames takes data security seriously. The platform implements multiple layers of technical and organisational protection to keep your personal data safe from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
If BCGames becomes aware of a data breach that is likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms, BCGames will notify affected players promptly, describe the nature of the breach, and explain the steps being taken to address it.
BCGames does not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal retention obligations that require longer retention.
When data is no longer required and the retention period has expired, BCGames deletes or anonymises it in a secure manner. Anonymised data from which you cannot be identified may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics purposes.
BCGames respects your rights over your personal data. The following rights are available to all BCGames players, and can be exercised by contacting support@bcgames.world:
Right of Access: You may request a copy of all personal data BCGames holds about you. BCGames will provide this within 30 days of your request, free of charge for reasonable requests.
Right to Rectification: If any personal data BCGames holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that BCGames corrects it. Corrections to identity data may require supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Note that BCGames cannot delete data it is legally required to retain (e.g., transaction records for regulatory compliance) even if you request erasure.
Right to Restriction: You may request that BCGames restricts processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while an accuracy dispute is being resolved.
Right to Data Portability: You may request that BCGames provides your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service provider.
Right to Object: You may object to processing based on BCGames' legitimate interests. BCGames will cease such processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent (marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already completed or processing based on other legal grounds.
To exercise any of the above rights, email support@bcgames.world with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line. BCGames will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. Identity verification may be required before BCGames can action your request, to ensure data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
BCGames operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. BCGames does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18. If BCGames becomes aware that an account has been created by or on behalf of a minor, that account will be closed immediately and any deposits will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Age is verified at the registration stage and may be verified again through KYC documentation requests. Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using BCGames should contact support@bcgames.world immediately. BCGames will investigate and take action the same day that a credible report of under-age account use is received.
BCGames does not market its services to anyone under 18 and does not use any data collected through the BCGames platform to target marketing at individuals who may be minors.
BCGames may send you marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new game launches and platform news where you have opted in to receive such communications. Marketing opt-in is a separate step during registration and is never assumed to be granted by default.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect your access to your BCGames account, your ability to play games or your eligibility for promotions available to all players. It will only stop BCGames from sending you unsolicited promotional communications. Note that transactional messages — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and security alerts — are not marketing communications and will continue to be sent regardless of marketing preferences.
BCGames does not share your contact data with third-party advertisers for them to send you their own marketing materials. Promotions communicated by BCGames are BCGames' own promotions only.
BCGames may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform operations, applicable law, or best practice in data protection. When material changes are made, BCGames will take reasonable steps to notify active players — this may include a notification in the platform interface or direct communication to the mobile number or email on file.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. BCGames recommends reviewing this page periodically, particularly if you are a regular player. Continued use of the BCGames platform after an update to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
BCGames will not make retroactive changes to this policy that materially reduce the data protection rights of existing players without direct notice and a reasonable period for players to review the changes before they take effect.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, want to know more about how BCGames handles your personal data, or wish to exercise any of your privacy rights, please contact BCGames through any of the following channels:
BCGames will acknowledge formal privacy complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days. For complex requests, BCGames may request an extension of up to 60 days and will notify you of this.
If you are not satisfied with BCGames' response to a privacy complaint, you may have the right to escalate your concern to a relevant data protection authority or consumer protection body in your jurisdiction. BCGames will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory process arising from a player privacy complaint.
For data rights requests, please include your registered mobile number and a brief description of what you are requesting in your initial contact. This helps BCGames route your request to the right team member quickly and verify your identity before sharing any account data.
Six commitments that guide how BCGames handles your personal data every day.
BCGames only collects data for specific purposes directly related to running your account and delivering the services you use. Data collected for one purpose is not repurposed for unrelated activities without your knowledge.
BCGames collects the minimum data necessary for each purpose. BCGames does not collect data speculatively "just in case it might be useful" — every data point collected has a specific, identified function.
Data security is built into BCGames' platform architecture from the ground up — not added as an afterthought. All data in transit is encrypted. Sensitive stored data is encrypted at rest. Access is strictly controlled.
BCGames does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their commercial purposes. Your gaming activity is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or marketing agencies.
BCGames treats privacy rights as genuine entitlements — not compliance box-ticking. Access requests, correction requests and deletion requests are actioned by real staff within the stated timeframes.
BCGames writes privacy information in plain English. If something changes about how BCGames handles your data, active players are notified directly — not expected to find a small update buried in this page.
