BCGames Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BCGames ("BCGames", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the BCGames website located at bcgames.world and all related services, games, features and content offered on the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets or using any part of BCGames in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to all players, including existing account holders who registered before this version was published.

BCGames reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a BCGames account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BCGames operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — that is, a real individual human being. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts and non-human actors may not hold BCGames accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction — a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from BCGames or had an account closed by BCGames for terms violations without subsequently having that exclusion lifted in writing.

BCGames may request verification documents to confirm eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any account found to belong to a person who does not meet the above criteria will be closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account only on BCGames. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. BCGames employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts other than the first registered may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. BCGames is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. BCGames strongly recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out of shared or public devices after each session.
• Contacting BCGames support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

BCGames cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your sharing of credentials, failure to protect your password or use of a compromised device. All transactions made from your account are your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security concern to BCGames support.

4 Deposits and Payments

BCGames accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise communicated in specific promotion terms or account-level conditions. Deposits are typically credited to your BCGames wallet instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation, depending on the payment provider.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and you are the authorised holder or account owner.
• The funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are depositing funds for the purpose of genuine gaming activity and not for any form of money laundering, structuring or financial crime.

BCGames reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. Deposits made via payment methods not belonging to the account holder may be declined or returned, and the account may be reviewed for compliance.

5 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw available balances from their BCGames wallet to a verified payment method at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within a few hours, subject to the receiving bank's own processing timelines. BCGames does not impose arbitrary delays on withdrawals as a retention mechanism.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit on your BCGames account, or a payment method you have verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts belonging to other individuals — are not permitted.
• Active bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• BCGames reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals above certain thresholds or when unusual account activity is detected.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, you should contact BCGames customer support via live chat or WhatsApp. Support is available 24/7 and can investigate and resolve withdrawal delays in real time. BCGames will not process a withdrawal to a different account than originally requested without explicit written authorisation and identity verification from the account holder.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BCGames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General principles applying to all BCGames bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: The BCGames welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first qualifying deposit up to Rs 10,000. The bonus is credited to your wallet automatically following deposit confirmation. • Referral rewards: Referral rewards (Rs 500 per qualifying referral) are paid as real, withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement attached. Full referral programme terms are on the Refer a Friend page.
• Bonus abuse: BCGames monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus balances voided and accounts closed.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the older bonus being forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on BCGames are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market interface in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

General gaming rules applicable across all BCGames products:

• All bets and game entries are final once confirmed. BCGames does not cancel or modify bets once they are placed except in circumstances outlined below or where a demonstrable technical error on BCGames' part is identified.
• BCGames operates Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games. The RNG is certified by an independent auditor. BCGames does not manipulate game outcomes.
• If a technical fault, connection interruption or system error occurs during a game or bet, BCGames will attempt to reconstruct the outcome based on server-side logs. In cases where a fair outcome cannot be determined, BCGames may void the game round and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• Odds and payout rates on BCGames betting markets reflect BCGames' margin. The return-to-player (RTP) rates for all slot games are publicly available in each game's information panel.
• BCGames reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, subject to review and notification to the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and games as displayed at the time of placing a bet. These limits may change without advance notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BCGames and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially in an attempt to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with BCGames games, markets or promotions.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players — including coordinating bets, sharing account access for coordinated play, or cooperating in multi-player games in bad faith.
• Exploiting known software vulnerabilities, glitches or technical errors in BCGames systems for financial gain. Any amounts won through exploitation of errors are not considered legitimate winnings and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without gaming activity, making structuring deposits or attempting to obscure the source of funds.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or payment method ownership in any interaction with BCGames.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing BCGames support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access BCGames systems, databases or accounts without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

BCGames reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time where BCGames has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• The account is being used for activities prohibited under Section 8.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been used in connection with bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• BCGames is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.

Where an account is closed by BCGames for reasons other than terms violations, any real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method or a verified alternative within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact BCGames support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. A closed account cannot be re-opened without explicit BCGames approval following a formal review.

10 Responsible Gaming

BCGames is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The BCGames responsible gaming policy is published in full on the Responsible Gaming page and forms part of these Terms by reference.

BCGames provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined continuous play duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from BCGames at any time. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from BCGames and your account will be inaccessible.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of your session duration and net financial position during active play sessions.

BCGames enforces an absolute minimum age of 18. All players are encouraged to use gaming funds only from discretionary income — not from money required for rent, bills, food or other essential expenses. 11 Privacy and Data Protection

BCGames collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using BCGames, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

BCGames collects the following categories of data: registration information (name, mobile number, date of birth), transaction records, game history, device and connection data, and KYC documentation where provided. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.

BCGames does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors for the purpose of completing transactions and with relevant authorities where legally required.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the BCGames platform — including but not limited to the BCGames brand name, logo, visual design, website code, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of BCGames or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use BCGames intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform as a registered player for personal, non-commercial gaming activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any BCGames content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of BCGames intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCGames shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses, which are accepted by you as a known and voluntary risk of participation.
• Losses or delays caused by internet connectivity failures, device failures or third-party payment provider outages beyond BCGames' reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the BCGames platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where BCGames has not been negligent in its platform security obligations.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

BCGames does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the player's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

BCGames may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BCGames will take reasonable steps to notify active players — this may include a notification in the platform interface, an email to the address on file, or a prominent notice on this page. The updated Terms will be identified by the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the BCGames platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your options, including voluntary account closure.

BCGames will not apply changes retroactively to bets or transactions already completed before the effective date of any amendment.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. BCGames is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

BCGames aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with BCGames' response to a complaint, you may have the right to pursue the matter through applicable consumer protection channels in your jurisdiction. BCGames will cooperate with any legitimate regulatory or legal process arising from player complaints.
